David Craig, on June 23rd, 2015Apparently we’re now in Day 7 of Ramadan which started on 17 June and goes on to 18 July. In Iran a teenager has been sentenced to 72 lashes and two months imprisonment for being caught eating before sunset.
But this Ramadan has also been a pretty good one for murder and mayhem in the name of the Religion of Peace with 359 dead and another 329 seriously wounded in just the first 5 days:

Yet another example of the incompatibility of Islum with Europe is the length of daylight here – they would be able to eat for 17 hours in England and 18+ in Denmark and Sweden. I wonder if there are many living above the Arctic Circle? They will be somewhat reduced by the end of it! Perhaps that is where we real Europeans will all end up herded.
That should of course be “wouldn’t be able to eat” !
He he he. You’re right. In the UK our friends from the most blessed and peaceful religion are not allowed to eat or drink from around 02.30 am to about 21.15 pm. Imagine going all that time without a beer and a bacon sandwich. What? You mean M*sl*ms never drink beer or eat bacon sandwiches. Aaarrrggghhh what purgatory!
According to The Grauniad, if you live at extreme latitudes you are permitted to select a more ‘typical’ location and fall in with their day lengths.
An opportunity lost surely, to demonstrate your faith in the almighty to nourish you…or alternatively to starve to death in the name of you know who and thereby die a glorious death. It would be no more crazy than many other aspects of their behaviour.
Such martyrdom is worthy of 72 shish kebabs
